I purchased my vehicle a few weeks ago and I am impressed! I initially had a few that I researched and expressed interest in and Joey assured they would be on the lot for me to test drive! I ended up connecting with Rob after purchasing 3 Toyotas from Heritage (for the brand, not dealership customer service) over the course of several years. After having issues with follow up when trying to re from Heritage (for the brand, not dealership customer service) over the course of several years. After having issues with follow up when trying to request info several times from past & current contacts at Heritage, I finally reached Rob via phone somehow, and was so impressed with not only his detailed knowledge & feedback, but also his overall professionalism. I actually connected with Rob after deciding to go with another car and dealership all together, but I would not hesitate to recommend Rob to friends & family or contact him myself should I decide to revisit a Toyota purchase in the future. Contacted & visited the Dealership regarding Factory ordering a car. Dealership refused to show the the total out the door price. Charging over msrp and charging fake fees and Dealer add ons. That custo ordering a car. Dealership refused to show the the total out the door price. Charging over msrp and charging fake fees and Dealer add ons. That customer doesn't want on there new car. This is not a place to do business with as they are in the business to cheat and overcharge customers. More
