The management team is by far one of the worst teams I have ever dealt with. The lack of communication is incredibly frustrating. Katie, however, was and is absolutely amazing to work with. She is very kind and definitely has the personality to be in this business. She also followed up on things with me multiple times, even though, I feel some of those things should have been followed up on by a manager. I would absolutely recommend Katie, but the management team needs a few lessons on customer service and communication. More

Prior to visiting Heritage Toyota, I have had a very bad experience with two other dealerships, so my expectation was not high when I visited Heritage. But Dayanna Gamez, my sale associate was awesome and v experience with two other dealerships, so my expectation was not high when I visited Heritage. The manager was also very nice and I felt very comfortable during the process. They help me purchase a 4 runner limited. They even called twice after I purchased the vehicle to thank me for my business. More

John Kim, the general manager, is terribly rude, bossy and arrogant. His sales manager Chris cheated. Chris told me again and again that he would give me a better price than listed on a promotional ema and arrogant. His sales manager Chris cheated. Chris told me again and again that he would give me a better price than listed on a promotional email to me if I went to his store when I asked him about his price over the phone. I told him it would take me 1 and a half hours to get to his store, so I did not want to waste my time if his price was not better. He kept promising his price and refused to give me the price over the phone. After I got to the store, Chris was not available, so John Kim talked with me. He told me the price but it's higher than the list price. I told him what Chris promised me and I wanted Chris to apologize to me. John Kim refused to ask Chris to come and asked us to leave, otherwise he would call the police. He does not care what I was told by Chris and said he could do wahtever he wanted as this was his store. He did call the police and we had to leave as the store is a private property. More
