Dennis Margroum was very focused on my needs and informative of the venhicle I was in search of. I found that Dennis was very knowledgable of the different models of Toyotas and explained the different features of each. He was very friendly and showed respect to myself and my aunts. I never felt pressured on making a decission. I found that Carol and Patrick were just as knowledgable about the products that they recommended and just as friendly and pleasant as Dennis. When I left the dealership I was so pleased as to how the afternoon went and I felt that I made the right decission. The dealer lured me in with a price advertised on their website. Negotiating with the dealer I was told that same figure was impossible and the car would never be available at that price. At that point I pulled out a print out I had made off of their website showing them the price. They told me they were "unaware" of this price. I verbally agreed I would buy the car if this was the total final price. They said yes. They did everything possible to make what should have taken half an hour of time extend to 2 1/2 hours. When I finally was shown the invoice they had tacked on an extra $199 to handle the paperwork. At no time had I been advised of this earlier or I would have walked. This dealership is not straightforward or honest with its customers. Overall a profoundly disappointing experience. More

I have brought both of my vehicles to R&H for service. I think Franz is the best service advisor that I have worked with. I even went in the dealership thinking I needed brakes and rotors and he advised me that I didn't, the only thing I was in need of was an oil change!!! I would not recommend R and H Sales or Service Department to anyone. The employees who are working in sales and service departments lack customer service skills, as well as honesty and integrity. When you purchase a vehicle, it is imperative that you read through the contract. There are a number of hidden charges that have been added into two contracts that I read over prior to signing. After requesting several items be repaired to my vehicle prior to the expiration of the warranty, R and H failed do perform the repairs or add the request in their computer. However, once the warranty expired, they advised me of the same issues that were presented to them prior to the expiration of the warranty. However, the vehicle was taken to another Toyota service department and the repairs were done prior to the expiration of the warranty and no longer an issue. Please do not do business with this organization. BUYER BEWARE when purchasing your vehicle or service!!!! More
