Thank you so much! I came in for the FREE oil change that they offered durning the month of May for veterans and they car washed my truck for FREE also. I couldn't have asked for more. We are having problems with a 2011 Toyota not even 8000 miles. Car is jerking check engine light major issue for new car they would not give us paper work mechanic called us a liar after he was confronted miles. They say free cleaning when after service they lie. Even the sales manager don't help you. I would never recommend this place even to my enemy. Problem still not fixed on car they reset the computer. Has to be tripping codes for a reason. I failed to mention that they sold me a used jeep 2 yrs prior. There service did me wrong that time with a transmission and warranty issue. Why I went back to them they said they would make it right got me in a 2011. Well now more stress and headaches with a bigger payment. It is worst dealership I ever dealt with. They do not cover the warranty issues. They reset computer in car well it comes on for a reason. The sales manager is a liar. They do not live up to a dealership. I would go to any dealership then that one. Even Bobby Rahal was willing to help us out. I would not take a car from this dealership if they gave me one free and clear. The stress is to much to handle. More

While traveling 450 miles from home the power source stopped working in my 4Runner leaving me without a GPS or cell phone. I pulled off the highway to find a rest stop and spotted Freedom Toyota. It w stopped working in my 4Runner leaving me without a GPS or cell phone. I pulled off the highway to find a rest stop and spotted Freedom Toyota. It was a Saturday afternoon but I took a chance hoping that they would take a look at it. The employees that helped me, Trish and Luke, could not have been any friendlier or more helpful then they were. It was a blown fuse and after Luke replaced and checked everything out he keep looking to determine why it blew. It ended up being exposed wires on a splitter I had been using. Changing a fuse might not seem like a big deal but when you are traveling alone and have know way to contact anyone or to determine where you are going it was a big deal to me. Trish went out of her way to make sure I was taken care of and had everything I needed. I was very impressed! More

On Jan.12,2012 I returned to your dealership to have a parking light replaced that had been missed the previous day during service.The tech had gone over board to accomodate me having to replace a water p parking light replaced that had been missed the previous day during service.The tech had gone over board to accomodate me having to replace a water pump and complete a number of service issues.My stay was much longer then expected but because I was so well informed each step along the way and they were so friendly it was ok. It was after 6PM and we were about to leave when it was noticed a parking light was not working. Arrangements were made to satisfy me and correct the problem. Thank you very much. Capt22 More
