Excellent Service Advisor I recently had my Toyota Avalon in for its inspection. I can't begin to tell you how nice it is to be greeted by Kalynn (Katie) Miller, as my Service I recently had my Toyota Avalon in for its inspection. I can't begin to tell you how nice it is to be greeted by Kalynn (Katie) Miller, as my Service Advisor. Her cheery personality was the bright spot in my day. The car was immediately put in the shop for inspection. Katie came to me, less than an hour later, to tell me that everything was fine and the only amount due was for the emissions testing. I paid the cashier and was on my way in no time. Freedom Toyota treats you like family. Although I didn't purchase my last Toyota there, because of their friendly, customer oriented, dedicated service advisors and technicians, I had no hesitation when I decided to purchase my new Avalon. Thank you Katie and Freedom Toyota for a job well done! More

Katie Miller really helps us We have a 2013 Toyota Avalon Hybrid and we just purchased a 2015 Sienna Limited. Our Avalon Hybrid had some A/C problems which seemed difficult to res We have a 2013 Toyota Avalon Hybrid and we just purchased a 2015 Sienna Limited. Our Avalon Hybrid had some A/C problems which seemed difficult to resolve. Katie was very persistent in her resolve to see that the cause of the problem was found and that it was remedied in a timely manner. Secondly, we just purchased the 2015 Sienna Limited and at the time we took possession, last month, we were unaware that the interior and exterior protective treatments were not done. We were contacted by service and Katie made sure that the protection treatments were completed. We are extremely grateful for the conscientious way Katie treated us in both these situations. She has terrific people and communication skills and we seek her out whenever we are in need of service or maintenance on our cars. Thank you Katie! More
