No car for 3 days Due to my Toyota Corolla loosing power and not idling well, Freedom Toyota serviced it and did their utmost to get it fixed. After new spark plugs did not solve it, they contacted the manufacturer and eventually solved it. Throughout I received friendly assistance from the service personnel and the technician who tried to help where possible; even though a loan vehicle was not available. The eventual cost for all the work was very reasonable. Thanks! More

Awesome service experience First time at dealership. I really try and avoid dealerships because they are usually over priced. I found that your prices were fair. feeling cheated I purchased my Toyota Camry from Freedom 2 years ago. I have always for the most part had satisfying experiences when taking my car for service, and s I purchased my Toyota Camry from Freedom 2 years ago. I have always for the most part had satisfying experiences when taking my car for service, and several other interactions. Today's visit has left me feeling as if I have been being cheated for the last 2years. A little more than a week ago my service light came on and then a few days later my tire pressure light came on as well. I called to schedule the oil change I was under the impression I needed, and to get my tires checked. Upon speaking with a service representative I was told that I actually didn't need an oil change at all. That I only need an oil change every 10,000 miles and not every 5,000 (as I have been getting for the past 2 years when my service light comes on) the service representative went on to explain that I need tire rotation every 5,000 and that is probably why both lights were on. I dropped my car off for service and got a call that I needed a new tire and it was actually recommended to change all four. That my tire was unrepairable, and with that in mind the rotation could not be performed and all they would be able to do is to put air in the tire as I was declining to purchase tires from the dealership. When I got to the dealership to pickup my vehicle I was taken to the cashier because after our conversation in which I was told a tire rotation could not be performed one was performed anyway and I was charged for it. After putting up a fuss the fee was waived. Upon getting in my vehicle my maintence light was not reset and was still on. I say I feel cheated because for starters I have had my vehicle for over 2years and have been getting oil changes done every 5,000 miles as I was under the impression that was what needed to be done and up until now no one has EVER mentioned the fact that I didn't need to be getting my vehicle serviced so often. Aside from that if I got a call that a rotation was unable to be performed and was pointless to be performed because of the condition of my tires. Why after declining to purchase the $600+ tires a rotation was then performed and charged to me without my consent at that point, and had I not protested the charge I would have had to pay for something I was told could not be performed and was pointless. The service representative did explain that tire was moved for safety reasons, and put on the back versus the front where it was located incase of a blow out which I appreciate. I have very mixed feelings at this point and will be contacting the dealership to make a further complaint concerning all of the unnecessary and extra oil changes I have purchased from them with no one advising me I could be saving the money. I have also saw reviews were the person has free oil changes with their vehicles and they were certainly advised they didn't need them so often and they were not provided with oil changes every 5,000 miles so for them to take my $ every 5,000 has left a very sour taste in my mouth. When up until this point I had very different feelings about this place and THOUGHT they were a trustworthy place. As a female it's hard to find a place to take your car that you can trust and not be taken advantage of and prior to today I would have recommended Freedom as one of those places. After posting my original review I received a call from Jody the customer service manager. After explaining my experience and why I was dissatisfied. Jody explained to me that she had reviewed my service records and began to explain to me that according to her review and calculations of my records I was mistaken and had in fact been getting oil changes every 10,000 miles. When in response I was able to provide her with the exact dates and mileage for the last 2 years of oil changes (which verified that I had in fact been getting them every 5,000 miles) when it was her turn to respond, she did not address the discrepancy but instead offered that if I purchased the $600 tires she would provide me with free balance and mount. When I explained that I would not be purchasing new tires from them and expressed my disappointment with the dishonesty and with being a woman its a big deal to be able to trust your car service provider and how extremely disappointed I was that although in 2 years only needing an oil change every 10,000 miles was not mentioned to me it was mentioned to customers who received free oil changes from them according to other reviews I had read. Jody then offered to mail me 3 free oil change coupons, and to put a note that whenever my car was serviced if there was any service recommendations that she be contacted. She also said she would be putting her card with the coupons and if I had any further issues to call her. More
