When we first entered the dealership they were extremely busy and we were greeted by a lady who was passing by. She asked us if we had been taken care of, and when we told her no she spoke to a young sales busy and we were greeted by a lady who was passing by. Went to freedom to purchase a vehicle with $1500 cash deposit. The deal never went through & was not finalize. they kept my xash deposit & refuses to give it Back despite the fact that they still have th deposit. I dislike shopping for a car....until now! Mike Dugan was exceptional. He listened to which models I was considering, helped me evaluate those, but wasn't pushy. He found a vehicle on the lot that fit met my needs and helped me get a good deal. I had researched the numbers prior to arriving. I told him what I disliked about "negotiations" in so many dealerships and he actually listened and handled our making a deal as I preferred. The price I got matched what I had calculated was the best deal I could expect. Even at a very busy time for the dealership my transaction was handled as quickly as possible and Mike kept track of the process even why taking care of other customers.
