When we first entered the dealership they were extremely busy and we were greeted by a lady who was passing by. She asked us if we had been taken care of, and when we told her no she spoke to a young sales busy and we were greeted by a lady who was passing by. Went to freedom to purchase a vehicle with $1500 cash deposit. The deal never went through & was not finalize. they kept my xash deposit & refuses to give it Back despite the fact that they still have th deposit.
