First of all, they found a problem that our "private" mechanic missed with our other car which is a Toyota Corolla that could have caused me to have a serious problem if not an accident. We continued to bring our vehicles here for service and were NEVER pressured to purchase another car. When we did buy a used Prius, Brian took our initial info and Herb answered ALL of our questions. Alyssa has been great with any minor problems and does her best to get us in and out with the least amount of hassle. I love it that they wash my car every time I bring it in for service...otherwise it may never get washed!I drive a lot of stop and go as well as long distances either by myself or with a car full of people as well as my young grandaughter. I feel safe in my car. I don't worry about breakdowns...just the other drivers on the road. More
