We have bought 10 new Toyotas. Heritage is by far our favorite. No high pressure to buy a vehicle or additional products. We traveled 2 hours to get there. In and out in 2 hours!!! I'm super pleased and happy with my vehicle as it was what I was looking for and the sales team did a wonderful job getting me a deal on it as well. However, the key fob that came with the car was broken what I was looking for and the sales team did a wonderful job getting me a deal on it as well. However, the key fob that came with the car was broken and was promised a fix. They did get me a new second key but failed in getting the original fixed. When I asked about it I was told that it's a used car sold as-is and they aren't responsible for any fixes for that and that I should just buy a cover for it. Highly unsatisfied with the fact that they back-peddled on a promise.... that's sad. I'm glad I love my new car....next one won't be from Harrisburg Heritage Toyota. More
