After coming to Heritage Toyota for years for service I decided to check out the car inventory they had knowing my lease was up in a few months. I was connected with Jay and within minutes I could tell he decided to check out the car inventory they had knowing my lease was up in a few months. I was connected with Jay and within minutes I could tell he genuinely cared to figure out the kind of car I was looking for and wanted to help in every way that he could. After talking on the phone he sent me over a vehicle I liked and we set up a test drive for the next day. A few hours later and I was on the road in my new car!
