We apologize for the inconvenience. After diagnosing your Rav4 Hybrid, we submitted your claim to Toyota Warranty with pictures and what had occurred. We also noted you were a valued and consistent Toyota owner. Our dealership tried its best to convince Toyota to assist with the damage to your floor moldings, however the weight of your cargo is what lead to the severe damage. We believe that the best option in this instance would be to reach out to your insurance carrier and file a claim. Heritage Toyota Catonsville would be able to work with them on the pricing to ensure you have a great experience with this repair.
