The service advisor was great. He followed through on all of his committments and exceeded every level of communication I was expecting. Parts pricing I felt was a little high. The customer service that Kelly provided was outstanding. When I arrived for my appointment, the dealership was swamped with service calls. The wait was estimated to be 4-5 hours. I've been to Russell Toyota to have my brakes replaced and most recently a belt replaced. When I called for this most recent problem, I only had one day within that week that I could take off of work in and most recently a belt replaced. The sales people at Toyota were so friendly and accommodating. I called on a Tuesday afternoon and they were able to take it in on my preferred day, that Friday at 9:30 am. The work was completed before I knew it and they were able to do it cheaper than other dealerships I've been to in the past. I would recommend Russell Toyota to my friends and family any time! They go out of their way to help you! I will be giving them my business from now on. More
I recently took my car to Russel Toyota to have them fix a major issue that Jiffy Lube caused. As a new Prius owner, I was ignorant and took my car to Jiffy Lube to have the oil changed. The individuals wer a major issue that Jiffy Lube caused. As a new Prius owner, I was ignorant and took my car to Jiffy Lube to have the oil changed. The individuals were not well-trained, and filled my oil level too high causing a malfunction. My car literally shut down in the middle of the road. I called Russel right away, and they said to have it towed to them to fix the damage. They were completely understanding and recommended that I take it to them in the future (should have to begin with!!). I received a reasonable price, new knowledge about my Prius and how it works, and walked away happy with everyone I dealt with. I will absolutely continue using them in the future. More

I purchased a slightly used camry from Russel in 2007. It has been a fantastic car. There have been no major problems with my camry. I take my car at this dealership even though Jerrys Toyota is closer. Jerrys is horrible in every way. Russel Toyota's service dept is efficient, people are so nice including the mechanics. The service department at this "dealership" is one of those that you hear about but hope to never encounter!! They did service work on a Toyota that was still under warranty but charged us and one of those that you hear about but hope to never encounter!! After I complained to Toyota Corporate Relations they promised to refund the billed amount. They sent a partial refund and stonewalled me for the rest. They are jerking me around for a little over $100!!! If you do any business with these clowns you do so at tour own risk!! I'm sure there are plenty of reputable dealers in the area. Please don't waste your time on these jerks. I only dealt with the service department.If you buy a car from Russel plan on getting it serviced elsewhere. More
Very, very busy place. Wife had new Avalon for first Very, very busy place. Wife had new Avalon for first service appmt. Brought her car in for sked. maint. at appointed time. Wasn't recognized by anyone working at Russel as to where to bring her car. Woman customer who told my wife she wasn't scheduled for her maint. until the next morning was, as my wife was, confused when she parked her car. This other woman was received, after a few minutes, ahead of my wife even though my wife had arrived before she did. 15 minutes after arriving my wife left Russel and scheduled maintenance at a different dealership. One closer to where she works. My wife had bought a different make car, new, from a nearby Russel owned dealership and was unhappy with service at that dealership as well. Poor, shoddy workmanship, problem with car following service appointment, etc. More

Karen Farina, Service Operations Manager, was very knowledgeable and assisted me in deciding which service would be best for my van and fit my budget. She stayed late to make sure the van was set up and ready to be worked on the next day. Kysha followed up with the all work. Service was prompt and we were consulted with prior to any extra work. Best of all, they kept us in our budget with no surprises. They must treat their employees well, as they were friendly and appeared happy at their jobs. That says a lot about a car dealership More
