Continuing Customer Excellence I began coming to Russell in 2012 after buying a Scion at a local dealership. Ryan was the first person to help me when I came in for my first service I began coming to Russell in 2012 after buying a Scion at a local dealership. Ryan was the first person to help me when I came in for my first service. He was very friendly and took the time to listen and answer my questions and concerns. From the start, he has been flexible with scheduling my appointments, been honest regarding the work that needed to be done and very accessible. Last year, I decided I was ready to get a new car and because of the great service I received from Ryan, I made that purchase at Russell. I live in Laurel, with many other dealerships closer than Russell, but because of the strong customer service from Ryan, I consistently make the drive to Catonsville. Ryan is an asset to Russell and has made the car owning process very easy. More

SCAMMERS Their service department are scammers. I have been going there for 2 years since I moved to Baltimore. I noticed they always had issues with my car wh Their service department are scammers. I have been going there for 2 years since I moved to Baltimore. I noticed they always had issues with my car when I never had so many issues and "recommendations" to work on...but I trusted them anyway. I spent $1000 this past summer on a noise issue, and it was not solved after spending that much. Quite the contrary, more noises appeared, and I had to come back twice again. Then I was supposed to spend +$4000 on a list of reparations including fixing those noises, changing the front axels and tires as supposedly they were in very bad conditions. I took my car to TWO other Toyota Services to double check, and in the last one they have fixed the noise issues with the part that had problems for $320. Their service has checked the car and every "issue" these scammers listed (and which they did not want to give me a copy of the recommendations they wrote), and my car is in great condition with NOTHING of that list needed work. We have two Toyotas at home, so they lost two customers. More

As we talked she remained engaged in our conversation. Lanette went beyond the standard tasks she performs daily. She catered to each of my needs, requests with a "can do" "no problem,", unselfish attitude. After a long day at work and running errands-it was very nice to know that Heritage Toyota employ such great attendants. More

Poor customer service, 2:45 oil change I came here because of all the positive reviews I read online and experienced anything but quality service. I typically change my oil myself but recen I came here because of all the positive reviews I read online and experienced anything but quality service. I typically change my oil myself but recently hit 100,000 miles so I decided to take it in to be inspected as well. When I arrived I wait with my truck as directed for ten minutes at which time I went inside to the service department desk. When someone finally helped me they told me to go back outside and wait by my vehicle which I did for another five minuets before being helped. While checking my vehie in I was told it would take between 60-90minuets to complete the service so I decided to wait. Once my vehicle was checked in I received two phone calls from the sales department trying to buy my truck. This I found to be very unprofessional because it was the same person that called both times and I was sitting in the lobby. More
