Very inexperienced and unprofessional service adviser. I took my car there for a regular oil change and after getting my car back I have the seat belt light for the passenger seat on the dash and it wouldn I took my car there for a regular oil change and after getting my car back I have the seat belt light for the passenger seat on the dash and it wouldnt go away unless i actually click it in as though somebody is sitting there. I took it back to them and they they are basically trying to make me pay $500 plus for an issue that wasn’t there before I took my car to them. The gentleman names chuck was very unprofessional and disrespectful. At the same time they have there sales department calling me trying to buy my car. They work together. Customer service is zero. It was my first time and I’m never going back to them again. More

We buy all of our Toyotas (3) at Heritage Catonsville because of her. She has the customer's interest at heart, doing the best for the customer. She's excellent at problem solving, and can provide affordable service to fix any problem. I have referred friends to her to help them with their Toyota issues and she provided timely, excellent advice and service to them even though they didn't buy their cars at HC. Now, my friends buy their cars at Heritage Catonsville. And they go through Robin to get their cars serviced. Robin is the best and certainly the heart of Heritage Toyota Catonsville!! More
