Relatively straightforward purchase for a Camry XLE. I checked prices at various dealers in the area via their web sites, and Russel's was one of the best. Russel also had the best selection. Contacted Chris via email and visited the same day. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. No surprises on the price at all. Very smooth transaction. As usual when trading in an old car, the dealer did not agree with what I thought my old car was worth. So that part was a bit painful. But with the good price for the new car, it balanced out. Unfortunately, other Russel employees then subjected us to sitting through two separate sales pitches for the overpriced dealer add-ons (rust proofing, etc) and dealer warranties (almost 2 thousand? No thanks!) before we could finally got the car. But all-in-all, an OK experience, especially dealing with Chris. I will be going back for my next Toyota, I think. More

My 28 year old daughter was looking for a new Highlander and after several visits to other dealers had not found the deal for her. I was familiar with Russel Toyota and suggested she make the 30 mile trek and after several visits to other dealers had not found the deal for her. She arrived tired and frustrated late on a Saturday afternoon but was immediately excited by what she found. The selection at Russel was much better, including the Highlander SE she wanted, without adding in expensive extras. Even better, we liked the clean, pleasant service department and the availability of loaner cars on service days. The fact that the sales department was willing to negotiate a good price sealed the deal. The experience of accompanying my daughter as she purchased her Highlander was so pleasant that I traded in my big SUV and bought a Highlander for myself as well! This is definitely our new dealership! More

So, I drove 3 hrs from Central NJ to buy my new 2011 Camry LE (mostly to save money----which I really did). Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly sales lady and then shortly thereafter Cory came. It wasn't long before he showed me the car and then giving me the opportunity for the test drive. After the test drive and the usual insurance paperwork, Cory brought me into the Finance office. The finance office turned out to be the biggest surprise of my day. The really nice lady there informed me of their 0.0% financing (which I had no idea about). I was in shock. So rather than going with my bank's 2.99% rate (which I also had to shop around for), I went with the dealership and I was approved...just like that. I couldn't believe it. So with all the money I saved, I purchased a Lo-Jack system (definitely recommend to others). And within a few hours, I was heading back to Jersey in my sweet new ride (not to mention a sweet deal on top of that). We really had terrific service from our customer rep. He was efficient, gave us a lot of choices to look at, gave a terrific price for our trade in and went out of his way to help us. All of the personnel that we met, from the customer rep to the financial rep to the person who helped explained options to us regarding an additional warranty, were friendly and knowledgeable. The price for the new car that I bought was about five thousand dollars less than than the new Taurus I had originally planned to buy. I had a wide selection of cars to choose from and was encouraged to take my car for a good, long ride We also got an excellent rate for the financial backing after we did the trade in and after putting down a down payment for our vehicle. Even our credit union could not beat the interest rate, and that's saying something. I love driving my new Camry. It is quiet , handles well, rides smoothly and is just a joy to drive and to ride in. Without hesitation, Kelly arranged for a shuttle to take me home and then promptly had a driver pick me up as soon as the service was complete. Not having to wait while the service was done was wonderful...it didn't feel as though I had to give up several hours of my day since I was home during that time. More
