We truly had a great experience in Russel Toyota in purchasing our 2012 Prius. I appreciate the straightforward style and prompt attention from Ryan when I called that very morning. There is no gaming, no "by the way" second guessing as Anderson Honda and Northwest Honda treated us last year. Both Honda dealers quoted me an OTD price in writing via email / confirmed on the phone. I walked in and went thorough almost all the paperwork. Guess what, Anderson manager came out and said "we can not sell this car to you because we FORGOT to add the destination charge" in a very rude way. Northwest Honda manager was even worse. I decided NOT to buy a Honda car any more after those two nightmare experiences! In contrast, Russel Toyota people just treated you as a friend. Thank Cory for taking care of the purchasing process. Both Ryan and Cory are truly professional and outstanding. I strongly recommend them! More

I responded to 2 different (over a couple of weeks) ads placed on Cars.com by Russel Toyota and Scion. Listed prices were competitive, actually too good to be true. After a follow-up from their "internet" folks, the e-mailed quote was several *thousands* more than advertised online. Bait and switch tactics intended to get you to call them. Dishonest. EDIT: the General Manager from Russel responded to my write-up and I see they have removed the unrealistically priced adds from Cars.com. Hope this is a good sign that someone is changing this practice. More

This was by far my best car buying experience. I worked wIth the Internet Sales department and had most of the details worked out before I arrived at the dealership. I will be very frank and say that my initial dealing with Russel Toyota were not stellar. I experienced a none to pleasant encounter with both Matt Bukowski and Ryan Pope and my initial ratings for Russel w Russel Toyota were not stellar. I experienced a none to pleasant encounter with both Matt Bukowski and Ryan Pope and my initial ratings for Russel were straight 1’s. However, the General Manager Wade Sterry entered the picture and my opinion of Russel Toyota turned a full 180 degrees. Wade interacted with me in a professional and courteous manner and he assured me that future encounters with the Russel sales force, by me or others, will be a positive experience. Businesses are run by people and people make mistakes. The mark of a truly good business is the way that they deal with mistakes. They can sweep them under the rug with the attitude that there are other fish in the sea or they can treat each customer as an important part of their business, as future customers that they want to come back again and again. Russel Toyota, in my opinion, falls in this latter category. This is clearly important to Wade Sterry as the General Manager and I have no doubt that he will continue his work to instill these principles throughout the Russel Toyota organization. I did not change my scores from all 1’s to all 5’s because my dealing with Russel did start on a rocky footing. That said, I would highly recommend anyone interested in purchasing a Toyota, or in having their Toyota serviced, visit the Russel Toyota Dealership. I fully expect that after my future dealings with the dealership, as I will most definitely have my new Toyota serviced by Russel, I will score Russel with all 5’s. Thanks again Wade. More
