I had service performed on my 2007 Toyota 4 Runner Limited on 5/19/12 and my differential is leaking badly!!!! I have a 3 foot by 1 foot puddle of gear oil in my driveway! All this, on top of having to spend all day (5 hours) waiting for my truck and spending over $600 for services and ultimately missing one day of my vacation to have this issue addressed. I will never trust their service department with my truck again! More

While doing some online shopping for a Toyota in my local area I emailed some dealerships asking for quotes on a new car. I received many offers but Russell had the lowest offer by far, about $1800 less tha area I emailed some dealerships asking for quotes on a new car. I received many offers but Russell had the lowest offer by far, about $1800 less than the others! They had quoted me an OTD price but it seemed out of whack with everyone else. They quoted me the price and wanted me to come in. When I emailed again asking to confirm that the price was indeed an OTD price and there would be no additional fees, they never returned my messages. After some research I noticed the fine print on their low-ball prices and saw some disclaimers that would have brought the real price up dramatically! I believe they just wanted me to get in the door! All the other dealerships I contacted were eager for my business, honest, and gave competitive offers until I decided to go with Koons. If you want to buy from Russell (or anyone) please do your homework so that you are not surprised when they try to jack the price up. Make sure you negotiate an OTD price!! I can not recommend Russell because, other than the initial low ball offer, they would not return my messages. More

DO NOT SHOP at this dealership. They use the bait and switch games. They list a vehicle on the internet for sale, a vehicle that is a too-good -to be true price to get you to come to the dealership. When you get a salesperson, they beat around the bush saying "the vehicle is in their system" and ready for delivery but they just can't locate the vehicle at the time and try to get you to buy another vehicle which is much more $$ than what you were looking to buy.
