He voluntarily gave Russel Toyota very favorable experience based high ratings. That was enough for us to walk into the dealership armed with our internet information. Albert Nalley politely asked if there was anything he could help us with and from there went into Tundra questions. Being 58 this is not my first new vehicle purchase. Obviously my antenna is up sensing for anything shady or doesn’t make sense throughout information gathering and negotiations. I am very pleased to report the breath of fresh air in honesty experienced at Russel Toyota. Every individual we met throughout the purchase journey shared the same high integrity standard. Albert Nalley had no reluctance to working with the internet starting price. He asked enough questions to be sure to pull the right selection of vehicles from inventory for us. When numbers were generated to paperwork there was no mystery numbers or anything different from discussion to negotiation and completely through to deal closing. As the complete purchase experience unfolds I realized each Russel Toyota individual is an expert in their area. At no time was there any sales pressure or manipulative tactics. Every question was answered. Every individual was extremely polite, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Jennifer and Susan magnificently coordinated the accessory work that rounding out our Tundra, Jill Ring (Customer Care) customer positive experience assurance person, Ray De Castro (Finance Manager) The 0% 5 year financing sells its self but Ray efficiently pulled it all together, Karen Farina (Service Manager) Instrumental in assuring complete customer satisfaction executing pre delivery and aftersales work, can’t say enough for Karen’s can do drive to complete customer satisfaction. We contacted Russel Toyota via Internet - in search of a 2013 Pruis C. Online they had a nice inventory of what we were thinking about in the Pruis line. We looked at the basic model C and as well the upgraded model w/Nav and the upgraded leather interior and alloy wheels. He explained the car(s) thoroughly. We test drove and decided on the basic model. The price was right in our budget and it seemed to be our needs just fine. Brad made the process of online/E Price and our test drive all very simple and comfortable. He has very must earned our our trust completely. He seemed to have great knowledge of the Toyota product. Ray helped us out with the financial end of our purchase. All went smooth and once again everything was explained in detail. Russel really looked out for us and we are very happy with our new puchase. Cannot wait to experience the great gas mileage. Our complete buying experience including our 2 test drives took only 2 1/2 hours. Not bad at all. I would highly recommend Brad and this deaalership! More

It got to a point where I was contemplating between a purchase and and a lease, the Finance Manager took his time to explain to me how each one of them works. Upon his explanations, I settled on one. That was the first time that a dealership has explained stuffs to me clearly. When I finished all the negotiations and discussions at the salesman's office, he walked me straight to the finance office. Who was there? Jimmy Son was there to take care of me. Jimmy's services to me was outstanding. He helped me choose the best service contract. Not only that, he also gave it to me at an affordable price and for a longer period of time. After all the paper work had been done, I walked out from Russel Toyota with a very pretty big smile on my face because I got a brand new car at affordable price, I am a Toyota guy, so when the time comes for me to get my next Toyota, with no hesitation, I am walking straight to Russel Toyota.
