BEWARE - Be Prepared To Be Screwed! How much is a reasonable price for an oil change and tire rotation? Certainly NOT 96.00! I took my Subaru that I purchased from this dealership in for How much is a reasonable price for an oil change and tire rotation? Certainly NOT 96.00! I took my Subaru that I purchased from this dealership in for a vehicle recall. While the vehicle was there I requested an oil change and tire rotation along with the "complimentary" vehicle inspection the Advisor said would be performed. When I went to pick up my vehicle I was shocked to find that I was charged 96.00 for the oil change and tire rotation. The service department had already removed the wheels to perform the complimentary inspection however they added a 25.00 charge to put the tires back on the vehicle rotated. Come on..... does it really cost the dealership 25.00 to have a technician *think* where to move the wheels before putting them back on the car? I could understand charging someone to rotate the tires if there was not other work being performed - however since I'm already paying you an inflated price for an oil change the very least you can do is rotate the tires without charging me! More

I had to reschedule the first oil change because of the lack of miles. I had no trouble doing so. I brought my vehicle in about 15 minutes before my appointment. I was received immediately by my advisor, Adam Topolski. He provided an estimate time for completion, showed me the waiting area, and explained the complementary beverages. When the service was complete, he took me to the cashier. The oil change was completed about 10 minutes before the estimate. Along with the complementary oil change, I received a detailed description of work performed, and price, and a multi-point inspection "report card". Overall, it was a pleasant experience. As a reference, I own three other cars (none Subarus); two with over 200,000 miles. More

The end result was that and I got a great price for my car and I am extremely happy with my Outback. Fast forward to today and even though I live In Columbia, Maryland I still get my car Services at the Mile One Imports of Owings Mills, Maryland. They simply provide me with the best service and they are always looking out for my best interest. The Staff and Management team at the Heritage Imports in Owings Mills has Unparalleled Customer Service skills. Moreover, the Tech Team in the repair Shop really know and breath Subaru and I have received some valuable advise from them as well. In short, it is such a pleasure to know that my car in good hands whenever I have it serviced at Heritage Imports of Owings Mills, Maryland and this is a Quality Dealership! More
So far, I have only made one visit to this service department. And it was exceptional. They actually took my car in after another dealership messed it up and got her running normally again. I bought my first Subaru from Heritage and Robert was my salesperson. I have owned the car for a year, during the year I have received several emails from Robert asking how things were and if I needed any salesperson. I have owned the car for a year, during the year I have received several emails from Robert asking how things were and if I needed any assistance. I even got an anniversary 'card' from Robert. He just cares about his clients, he seems interested in keeping in contact even though we have bought a Subaru, who knows maybe I'll get my wife one. But I recommend Robert to my friends when we talk cars and Subaru. Of course Robert is the first person that you meet in the Heritage 'experience' you meet the service and parts people as you need them. Service has been good (only oil changes so far) and parts...well I did get some goodies for the Subaru. So sales to service to parts all have been good to excellent experiences. More
I feel like something is wrong at this service center. When something terrible happened to my car while it was in their care, I felt as thought I wasn't being treated like a customer with a problem, I fel When something terrible happened to my car while it was in their care, I felt as thought I wasn't being treated like a customer with a problem, I felt like I was being treated as though I WAS the problem. They did fix everything within the month. But the process was drawn out. Certain obvious repairs where missed altogether until I pointed them out. And I had to return to the dealership far too many times because of the overlooked items. More
I took my car for an oil change this morning. I had previously made an appointment. As in the past I was greeted immediately and made to feel welcome. During the service write up I was informed that there was a recall on 2010 Subaru Outback to reset a computer and that the service would be performed while I was there and wouldn't require another appointment. The work was performed in a timely manner (the service was completed sooner than expected). The service writers area was clean and well maintained. The waiting room is inviting, well lit and clean. My experience on this visit, as well as those in the past, was exceptional. I would highly recommend Heritage Subaru's Service Department. More
