After finding the vehicle I wanted in their online stock, I was personally quoted a price by the Sales Manager (Mr. Shannon). When I went to purchase the car the next day the price was raised significantly. I was personally quoted a price by the Sales Manager (Mr. Shannon). The sales staff sited fees from the email that took them ten min to find. I should have walked but I had difficulty locating the exact model/feature combination. Now I feel foolish for letting them get away with what they pulled. Also, afterward, I was asked to redo some paperwork do to an error on their part. When I attempted to contact them to make sure all was in order. It took many attempts (ending with an email to their General Manager) to simply get a response that everything was good. More
