I had to buy a new car abruptly because mine was totalled in an accident. It was a very disruptive and stressful time for me; managing all the details with insurance companies, etc. I had driven an Impre in an accident. It was a very disruptive and stressful time for me; managing all the details with insurance companies, etc. I had driven an Impreza in the 90's, a Forester after that, and I was driving my husband's Legacy while I decided on a new car. I went back to Subaru for this purchase just to make sure I'd get something I was familiar with and reliable. But what to buy? Pat was patient and extremely knowledgeable about the differences between the used '08 Forester I was considering compared to the new '10 Impreza. He is an encyclopedia! I did eventually select the 2010 Impreza and I have been so happy with it. And the calm, no pressure approach at Heritage was just the thing to put me in a better frame of mind. It brought resolution to this unpleasant car accident situation. One small thing- I originally planned to pay cash so I didn't research financing before I went in. At the last minute, I decided to put down 50% and finance the rest. I do feel I bought more extended warranty than I meant to just becuase I was vulnerable to the sales pitch. I sorta regretted that the next day, but. Oh Well! Whatever. Who knows, maybe I will be glad i did it. It is expensive though. More

I was able to complete the entire process (trade-in; test drive; finance; drive off lo with the new car) in about 2.5 hours. Everyone at the dealership was very friendly; I felt un-pressured and comfortable while I was there. This was my second time purchasing a new car at Heritage, and the experience I had the first time is the reason I came back this time. In addition, I had my old car serviced at Heritage for the past 10 years. I will definitely recommend Heritage to family and friends as I have in the past. More

Bob spent about half an hour with me in the Forester, explaining all of the car's features and helping install a few of the extra parts we'd bought. I've never had the experience of a sales associate taking the time to do that before, and it made a strong positive impression. Buying a car, even from a good dealership, is still a time-consuming, paperwork-intensive, tedious, and somewhat stressful process at times. It helps a lot to have a cool professional like Bob to help you through it. Thank you, Bob! More

I was worried about going into the dealership, as many times the salesmen are pushy and annoying, but Mr. Penn was not this way. Although I had done my research and was pretty set on the type of car I wan times the salesmen are pushy and annoying, but Mr. Penn was not this way. He worked with my father to lower the price until it was satisfactory, and he made the buying process quicker than usual and painless.
