He went so far as to move my GSD crate from my old car to my new one, to ensure I was good on all fronts. Josh Jones, the finance manager, was equally thoughtful and patient going through all of my options for warranties and car maintenance contracts. Overall, a great experience! More

Alexis was a delight to work with, from pre-arrival to test drive to negotiating to post-purchase follow-up. And the lady knows her Subies! We basically monopolized her entire Saturday afternoon but never felt rushed or as if she had something better to do. Shout-out to Sales Mgr. Jim Pedersen as well. Very pleasant, laidback, and easy to work with. This was a cash purchase, so no financing needed. However, Ako Ahmadi was not at all high-pressure on the paperwork side as we were upfront about not wanting any add-ons. All docs completed with him were done electronically and saved on a USB for me. Very handy, and impressive technology! Thanks, Alexis, Jim, and Ako! More
