Unsatisfied Was very dissatisfied. Took 2 hours for an oil change and tire rotation with an appt. Was charged for back wiper on a car I've only owned 7 months. Was very dissatisfied. Never have I ever been charged $100 in my life for an oil change and tire rotation and they didn't even reset my system. Will never come back!!! More
The customer service at the collision center. My car was involved in accident and it to had to be repaired. The Customer service was very good. I was promised things and then it was all forgotten after th When I bought my SUV which I truly enjoy, I asked that my car be cleaned each time I brought it in for service and that my service be covered for the When I bought my SUV which I truly enjoy, I asked that my car be cleaned each time I brought it in for service and that my service be covered for the first two years. Then when I inquired about it at my 3,000 mile check I was told that there was no way that it was part of my agreement. I was told Unequivocally that I was wrong and that could never have happened!!! I am so very disappointed in my interactions with the dealership!!! But, I truly enjoy my automobile! More
The first couple of times I went when Tiffany Bruce and Peter Huhn were around were great. After that service went downhill. While waiting on my vehicle, a salesperson was talking to another person about Peter Huhn were around were great. After that service went downhill. While waiting on my vehicle, a salesperson was talking to another person about how they should come work at Heritage Mitsubishi and they would make great money and bragged about how much she made off the car she just sold in front of me the customer. I don't want to hear salespeople bragging about how much they made while waiting in the waiting area. The other time I went there, the service guy said he would be at my car with my keys after I paid. The guy was nowhere to be found, nor were my keys even though the car was sitting there waiting. I had to go to Heritage Cadillac and have them contact the person who had my keys to see if they could find him. It took over 15 minutes to get my keys back so I could leave. Other times, I have gone online to schedule an appointment and have not been contacted back by email or phone to confirm the time. I contacted my previous dealer the same way online and was instantly contacted back the same day I sent an appointment request. Even though the previous dealer is further out, their service is far better than what I have had the past 2 years at Heritage. More
Peter was great to work with. He got us a new Outlander at the price that we could pay. Tiffany was great. She is the one reason I will continue to come back to the dealership for service. She was able to get me in and out without a lot of drama. She got back to me with quotes and expected rep to come back to the dealership for service. She was able to get me in and out without a lot of drama.
