My experience at this dealership was very good. I researched online and found the internet specials and found the car that I wanted. I needed a new car, so I did my homework online and at other dealers by looking at both Toyota's and Mazda's so I was prepared. I went to the Mazda in Bel Air and Matt approached us and treated us like re other dealers by looking at both Toyota's and Mazda's so I was prepared. I went to the Mazda in Bel Air and Matt approached us and treated us like regular people and not the usual "What can i do for you so you can walk out of here with a car?" attitude that other salesman do. I was interested in the new Mazda 3, so Matt took us out on a test drive...a real test drive through the area, not a 2 minute drive in a big circle. The cool part is that Matt is a car mechanic, so who else is gonna have more car knowledge? Some salesman or a person who literally knows cars inside and out...I would say the latter. He was so friendly and laid back, but in a sincere way than a typical car salesman. He even introduced us to the mechanics in the back who were also very friendly and who look forward to anything that I may need. Overall he really took his time with us and we dealt with him and not him and his boss, like other dealerships would do. I really enjoyed my experience at Heritage Mazda. More
These guys at Mazda know they have the product that can sell itself...there is no need for salesman pressure or loud gimmicks. They helped us figure out the type of vehicle we wanted (SUV or sedan) and the sell itself...there is no need for salesman pressure or loud gimmicks. They let us take the RX-7 home for 48 hours to give it a real test drive and when we brought it back and said it was too much vehicle for us, they turned and let us take a 3 for another day. As far as price, I told the salesman I expected a competitive price to the know buying service deals and he offered a price within $60 of my goal...SOLD!. The ONLY down side was signing of sales contract with the finance manager. He sprung the extended warranty and maintenance care packages on us without any prior discussion from anyone in the dealership. I don't mind evaluating deals, but on my time line. Anyway, we declined the services and have been enjoying the new car. I won't hesitate to take my daughter or son back to Heritage when they are in the market for a new car. More
The why is self evident with the subject matter of the ratings!!!!!!! I have never seen this kind of assinine required review especially requiring a minimum number of characters yet. What agreat experience!!! Can't believe I said that about buying a car!!! Ken Arment was great to work with. Ken provided great feedback through email/calls and worked diligently to ensure that we were able to get the car we wanted. I drive ALOT for my job and needed something with cargo capacity (used everybit of that spacous back), third row seating and comfort/style. Thanks for helping use with my "office remodel" it was a pleasurable experience. The final process of financing was quick and easy. I visited the Mazda dealer 1st and I was treated very nicely by Bobbi (my sales rep) and we went on a nice test drive. I liked the car a lot and I left with out buying the car because I just had to check out the Focus. After driving the Focus I new that the Mazda3 was the car that I wanted. Bob the sales manager did the T. O. that on my 1st visit and he did what it took to sell me on the price of the car. There were a few bumps that we had to over come on delivery of the car but everything was ironed out to my satisfation. I think that everyone involved in the sale of my new car went the extra Mile One to make sure that I was happy with the purchase. Thanks to Bobbi and Sale Manager Bob I am driving my new Mazda. After that we went inside to talk to bobbi about the price which she was able to work with us to get it down were we needed it to be. She ask us many times if we needed anything and far as water and other drinks to help because my wife is pregnant. Over all me and my wife think she did a fine job. More

This was my first time buying a car. I bought a 2010 Mazda CX-7, which I love. When I went to Heritage no one was pushy. My mom and I walked in (since I'm only 16) and we got great service. We must have went to the dealership 4 or 5 times before we actually bought my car and not once did anybody say "Well when are you going to take it home" or "If you take it tonight we'll give you a good deal." The whole experience of buying my first car was excellent, and even my mom was impressed with how smooth the whole process went. I definitely recommend Heritage Mazda of Bel Air and when I'm ready for my next car I'll definitely be back. More
My husband and I searched for vehicles online through the NRA. We found that Heritage Mazda (in beautiful Bel Air Maryland!) was at the top of the list for the car we wanted (Mazda3 s Grand Touring), and it NRA. We found that Heritage Mazda (in beautiful Bel Air Maryland!) was at the top of the list for the car we wanted (Mazda3 s Grand Touring), and it was even priced below invoice! We received a call immediately from Ken and the process began. He made sure that the car was exactly to our liking, and we felt extremely comfortable that it was the right choice for us. We lived 84 miles from the dealership and Ken came to us to do paperwork and to deliver the car. Customer service was outstanding and we would highly recommend Ken and the staff at Heritage to friends and family. More
