We took a test drive the first night, and I returned two days later to make the purchase. Also, Garrett in financing was very warm and considerate, as was Devon, the manager, who welcomed us and introduced himself if we needed any help. I had to have my cupholder re-installed, and they ordered the part, and I was able to get it installed the same day it arrived, and quickly, within an hour. We hate going into dealerships where we must deal with sales people who don’t understand the word, “NO.” Ken and Jonathan were low pressure and cooperative in helping us find the right vehicle. We took seven days and about that many vehicles to find the exact fit for us; Ken and Jonathan were patient and understanding.
