When I started my car buying experience I reached out and dealt with many dealers in the DMV area. Without a doubt, Christopher Holder and Franklen made this the easiest experience. They were quick to reply dealt with many dealers in the DMV area. Without a doubt, Christopher Holder and Franklen made this the easiest experience. They were quick to reply and not pushy at all. I am so grateful that I found them. Because I have a very busy work schedule and I stay home with our young kids I needed the new car driven to me as it’s challenging to get into the dealership. They made this happen easy peezy. I also Loved having Chris personally deliver it. My husband is looking for a new car as well and I know we will be back soon. Ken was amazing! Very knowledgeable and personable. He drove my new car from Maryland to New Jersey for me. Despite being stuck in traffic making his trip longer, he Very knowledgeable and personable. He drove my new car from Maryland to New Jersey for me. Despite being stuck in traffic making his trip longer, he stayed with me and explained in detail all the features of my car and connected the Mazda app for me. As noted above, he is extremely knowledgeable. He told me I could text him anytime with questions, which I have done several times. He always sends a quick reply. . If you go to Heritage, ask for Ken Arment. You won’t be disappointed!! More
