I will not bring my Mazda back to heritage for service. I spent $150 on service and everything that I needed to have done was not completed. The cost of the service is not my issue. My issue is that I paid f spent $150 on service and everything that I needed to have done was not completed. The cost of the service is not my issue. My issue is that I paid for service that I did not receive. I previously went to heritage 08/20 due to needing my window fixed and the service advisor Bryan was phenomenal! But after going in 12/2020 I will not be back. For the amount of money that I paid, I should not have been done in a half hour. Normally that amount of service would take at least an hour or more. Bryan Williams is a great advisor though! But, from my recent appointment with heritage I will not go back. More
