Great customer service My vehicle is a little over 2 years old and has about 14,000 miles. Two weeks ago, on a 90 degree day, it started blowing warm air from the AC all o My vehicle is a little over 2 years old and has about 14,000 miles. Two weeks ago, on a 90 degree day, it started blowing warm air from the AC all of a sudden. I took it in the next to day to Heritage Mazda Towson to see what the issue was. After an hour or so, my service adviser, Bryan Williams, let me know that there had to be a leak somewhere, but they could not find it at this time. He said they wanted to keep the car so they could fill it up with refrigerant and then run it, then inject some dye and look for the leak. He gave me a 2019 vehicle as a loaner. They kept it for the weekend, which was fine, and then they (Dora, Bryan was off) called me on Monday to say they found the leak and a part was coming from PA. On Tuesday, I picked it up after work, and it was all covered under warranty. I'd like to commend the dealership, especially Bryan Williams and Dora, for keeping me update throughout the process and letting me know what was going on. I appreciate it and look forward to future service there. More

Never Disappointing! Great service, great people. I always look for Dora first & she usually takes a minute to chat. I'd never worked with Karl before, but he was very Great service, great people. Pleasant Experience This was my first time visiting the Towson location. The service was consistent with other locations. I've only ever had pleasant experiences with Maz This was my first time visiting the Towson location. The service was consistent with other locations. I've only ever had pleasant experiences with Mazda service centers. I went in for an oil change and was immediately informed my tires needed replacing. I was expecting that, since I knew they had virtually no tread. When I told them I was shopping around, they informed me they would match tire prices of non big box stores. They weren't cheap tires, but the dealership kept their word and matched the price. I was in and out in 1.5 hours- with oil change and 4 new tires. Admittedly, a third of that time was wasted on indecision on my part. All staff were friendly and helpful- especially Karl (5 star). More

He is not only extremely professional, but he handled my initial stress levels of a stolen vehicle with care, coordinated with my insurance adjuster, delivered amazing communication every step of the way and ultimately offered a smooth path to recovery. Curteous I took the car in for a recall notice and while handing over my spare key I told Mr. Cook that the fob battery was dead. When I picked up the car in less time then expected he had replaced the fob battery and I left happy and had not paid anything out of pocket. It was most appreciated. More
