Their commitment to customer satisfaction is evident in every person you encounter, from the person who takes your phone call, to your service advisor (my advisor, Bryan Williams, is especially wonderful), the Service Manager (Dora, who is also awesome), and everyone in between. They are patient, kind, thoughtful, and considerate. They NEVER force extras on you, or unnecessary services, and they even let you know what your car may need down the line. Until I bought my Mazda from Heritage, I had NEVER used a dealer for regular service needs. Now, I wouldn’t go anywhere else, and I can’t imagine buying a car anywhere else, either, as the sales team is equally superb. Love love love them. Rebecca Murphy More
