From start to finish .,, whether it's working with Dora to schedule an appointment, being greeted and checked in by Gene or going over repairs and maintenance with Jennings. You can count on a positive and effortless experience. The Wifi, work stations and coffee make it easy to lose track of time. The teamwork between the customer facing staff and the technicians is evident. Customers are kept informed throughout the process. Options are candifly discussed and doing right by the customer holds true throughout the entire department. More

I had done my homework on this car and was pleased to find that Ralph knew his business and was able to answer all of my questions and confirm the details I already knew to be true. We got stuck in traffic, so the test drive was a long one, but Ralph was calm, patient, friendly and always helpful. He's a top notch salesman, but even more than that he's just a great guy. Great customer service I made an appointment to have my car look at bc of a recall. Joshua the representative that help me was very helpful and took care of my problem. Furt I made an appointment to have my car look at bc of a recall. Joshua the representative that help me was very helpful and took care of my problem. Furthermore, he was attentive by asking me if I needed water, coffee, etc and showed me to the waiting area. It took 30 min to fix the issue and I was out the door. Even before I was leaving Joshua made sure that I was happy with the service and show me out. It was nice of him to help and assist his customers. Defenately a good start to a long day! More

Service Excellence When I purchased my Mazda 3 in 2014, this was the first time dealing with Heritage Mazda Towson. I was really impressed by their attention to service When I purchased my Mazda 3 in 2014, this was the first time dealing with Heritage Mazda Towson. I was really impressed by their attention to service quality and developing a strong customer relationship. Since then, I have been utilizing the service department for scheduled service/maintenance - easy to schedule, on time/quick turn-around, excellent service and service experience. Most recently, had my car in for what I thought was a "spirit possessed audio system". Since my car was out of warranty (2 mos. out), I was worried that any repair would be costly. Imagine my surprise and delight to hear that what would be a $1300 computer replacement was not going to cost me a dime! Jennings McManus went out of his way to find out if he could get Mazda to cover this costly repair. He contacted me only after he was able to say that this costly repair would be honored by Mazda. What was a momentary stab in the gut was quickly turned into a very positive result. Thank you Jennings and Heritage Mazda - you deserve great kudos! More

We had the unfortunate pleasure of getting to know everyone well because we ran into a number of issues (weird out-of-state DMV rules and then a factory problem with our LCD screen) -- none of which were caused by the dealership. The team was awesome and accommodating from the start. But they really went above and beyond to resolve our issues. I highly recommend this dealership -- it's worth the drive from DC (where we live) or anywhere in the Baltimore/Washington metro area. And we love our 2017 CX-5 GT! More
