Best service ever!!!! Joshua Lebowitz at Towson Mazda went over and beyond. My husband and I purchased an extended warranty when we bought our Mazda. Today, I took my car i Joshua Lebowitz at Towson Mazda went over and beyond. My husband and I purchased an extended warranty when we bought our Mazda. Today, I took my car in without an appointment because my AC wasn't working. First of all, I was welcomed and told they were happy to take a look. I was driving south in two days and needed my AC. Not once was I told I should have called ahead. I literally was a walk in. When it was discovered that my service would be over $700, I kept asking: "didn't we purchase an extended warranty?" It didn't show up in the computer so we went forward expecting to pay the bill. I sat in the waiting room and Joshua appeared saying he felt he needed to do a little more research because me and my husband seemed to be perplexed that our extended warranty was not helping us out. Joshua found out that Mazda had switch companies for extended warranties and went back in their files, found the company, called them and discovered that we were fully covered!!!!!!!! Oh happy day! I was out in my repaired Mazda in an hour! I am so grateful that he took the extra step. I can't say enough about Joshua and the Towson service center. They truly do their best to help their customers. I got a discount on a filter replacement and he personally sat in my car and helped me re-connect my blue tooth. This was truly the best customer service I have ever received!!!' Take your care to Towson Mazda and ask for Joshua!!!! More

You can count on a positive and effortless experience. The Wifi, work stations and coffee make it easy to lose track of time. The teamwork between the customer facing staff and the technicians is evident. Customers are kept informed throughout the process. We got stuck in traffic, so the test drive was a long one, but Ralph was calm, patient, friendly and always helpful. He's a top notch salesman, but even more than that he's just a great guy.
