He made sure I felt important and answered all of my questions and alleviated any concerns that I had. We visited this dealer to get new CX-9. We had a deal with Kevin (internet sales manager) and he confirmed that over the email. We had telephonic conversation with him and he confirmed the price again on with Kevin (internet sales manager) and he confirmed that over the email. They introduce me to their service department, which I feel very comfortable to use. They gave me the price I was looking for too. What a great experience. The two of them worked half of the day to work out the best deal for me. Then, they waxed the xxxx out of the car, and still gave me half of the day to work. If you're looking for something honest who will tell you the info they get, not just what they want you to have go to these guys. My husband and I test drove 6 cars before buying our Mazda CX9, this dealership by far provided us with the most professional, courteous and most informative staff.
