I was contacted by Marc Weinstein, and because he knew exactly what I wanted and what the price was that was negotiated by Consumer Reports, the process was very easy. It was great to work with Marc. He was very patient explaining the hi tech features of my new car. And, Russel Mazda offered me a deal that was less than the Consumer Reports price. I will definitely buy my next Mazda from them. Both couldn't have been more accommodating and knowledgeable in both the car, the financing, and just good old fashion customer service. No pressure, we knew what we wanted and they had it ready when I got there. Tough letting go of the old vehicle, but they were more then fair on my trade-in. Took the time to explain all the new buttons, but didn't treat me like an idiot even though I am technically challenged. I don't buy cars often, and hold onto them for 200K+, but I look forward to dealing with them again in the future. If this car is anything like my 1993 Mazda truck, It will still be running like a top 22 years from now. More
