I was amazed at the information and patience Julian Barnes had with me when gathering the information. My grandfather and my sister have purchased vehicles from Stephen Sherman and were always happy with their dealings at Russel Mazda so I thought why not give it a shot. Extremely happy I did and enjoyed working with Julian he made our unexpected exchange painless and easy. They treat you like family as a person and that is important and I would like to believe this is genuine and not a ploy!!! When searching for a new vehicle I would have absolutely no problems recommending Russel Mazda and working with Julian Barnes! I was truly amazed at the no pressure atmosphere and just the facts are giving!!!! More

I honestly thought I would have to buy a pre-owned CX-5 but, on a whim, looked into new vehicles. On the recommendation of a friend, I contacted Steve Sherman at Russell Mazda. Steve worked with me to get a new CX-5 in my budget. Steve was straightforward and honest and I drove away in a new CX-5 feeling like I had gotten a great deal! From service to sales, Russell Mazda has done everything possible to keep me happy, safe, informed and on the road. During my latest "car-tastrophy," which resulted in the unexpected death of one vehicle and the purchase of another, I found the compassion, knowledge, PATIENCE and collaborative efforts of the Russell Mazda Team to be both refreshing and comforting, in the midst of an extremely stressful situation. We worked together so much that I felt like I was working with family, rather than a business. They listened to me, didn't push me to make decisions that I wasn't ready for, gave me ALL of the information that I needed/ asked for, so that I could make an informed decision, made time to talk to me whenever I called or stopped by, communicated with me via text when it was most convenient, and never made me feel like I was being "a pain" even though I was sure that I was. Lol Though out the entire process (deciding whether to pursue repairing the old car or buying new), I knew that what I wanted, more than anything, was to remain a part of this "family" because I knew that I would be taken care of. I don't know the names of all of the people involved in assisting me (I think, at some point, everyone had a hand in working with me :-), but the major players in this multiple week experience were Heather, Brendan and Julian. Their patience, insight, knowledge/ experience, compassion and support are immeasureable!! More
