It's pretty astounding how, when a customer reports receiving poor service from a company, the standard response is simply, "Contact the company." Sadly, this seems to pass as top-tier customer experience in America today. Rather than the company taking initiative to reach out and resolve the issue, the burden is placed back on the customer to pursue a resolution. That backward approach speaks volumes about the state of customer care. My own experience with this dealership’s service department has been deeply frustrating and unnerving. The lack of accountability and proactive support only reinforces a growing trend of customer neglect.
