I did not feel pressure and was happy with my decision and the price, especially with my trade in. I was involved in a 3 car accident 2 weeks ago. My car was appraised as a total loss... 6 days before my rental was due back. A follow up call was made to double check my appointment time and who I would be meeting with. When I walked in, the front desk associate was very warm and welcoming. I met with Douglas and little by little, all my worries were slipping away. I felt like everything was going to turn out OK after all. Quite some time was spent with me in a very low key fashion, not the stereotypical car salesman mode. They understood my anxiety and really helped me with choices. Douglas was very positive and thorough. A lease turned out to be exactly what was right for me, and the monthly payments were absolutely within my budget. When a car was picked out, he went over every detail of the operation of my vehicle, understanding how nervous I was after a bad accident. He took that into account and mentioned it. I met with Justin in Finance towards the end. He went over all options with me in terms of additional coverage. Lovely demeanor, I felt like I had been working with him in regards to my car for years. Absolutely lovely demeanor. Wow - Heritage Hyundai was amazing. They even took my rental back for me.
