Pricing has always been reasonable, esp. for having the highly trained techs and factory parts they have.They're building a new "state of the art facility" and I can't wait to try it! I would recommend adam rew and his service team to anyone who needs their Honda serviced or repaired! I'll never have my 2 hondas serviced anywhere else. I've purchased both of them there, and their sales staff has always gone out of their way to treat me like family! I rated them all 5's because they are worth it!! More

Mr Lonczynski, or Ski as he prefers is a very personable considerate and straight forward no-nonsense salesman! Ski returned my message and had several choices for me to look at. I went to the dealer and drove away with my new CR-V the same day. I wanted some dealer accessories installed I bought the day I got the car. I brought my car back 2 days later for the work. I was given a rental car at NO charge for the day and picked my car up later that afternoon and it was perfect. That was the most pleasant experience buying a new car and having it serviced I ever had! Ski is a gentleman and treated me with respect and honesty. He goes out of his way to please the customer and is very sincere. Something that some dealerships in my area has lost sight of! About a month later my daughter needed a new car. We of course went to see Ski. It was no fluke, he is the genuine article. He treated my daughter like family. She test drove a new Civic and of course loved it. She drove away with it about 3 hours later. Another excellent experience, pain less and stress free. No gimmicks or pressure from Ski. Only the truth, a truly welcomed concept of selling cars. It simply does not get any easier than that. I have shared my experience with family and friends and they are impressed. Dealerships have gotten a not totally underserved reputation lately of being pushy and arrogant towards customers. It was the first Honda for me and my daughter and we could not be happier. I thought the price was excellent and the finance rate was very good. Between the quality of the car and the buying process, I have a completly different point of view of that Honda dealership and a friend I call Ski. In my opinion, buying a Honda at Heritage of Westminster is like stopping by a friend's place and saying hi and oh by the way I need to buy a new car. More

The car took a little while to aquire but that was because the color was out of production and extremely rare (Figi Blue Pearl for a 2008 Civic Si Coupe). The whole experience was soo great that my dad is thinking about buying an Si too and getting rid of his gas guzzler SUV. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone who wants a new or used Honda. It was an hour drive for me but extremely worth the effort. This is the first time that I walked out of a dealership really feeling good about the deal that was made. I think that Joe Ski was very fair and definitely made this overall experience worth it. I would recommend Heritage and I would shop there again in the future. I would always ask for Joe. Joe treated my husband and I as though we had known each other for years. His pledge to be more than a salesman to us was very important in the overall deal. I appreciate the fact that we weren't just a sale to him and that now he considers us his client. I can't tell you how pleased we are with the whole experience. I also appreciate the work of the Finance Department in securing the best rate possible for us and for not pressuring us to purchase warranties and services that we did not want.
