I called Heritage Honda with a very specific inquiry- I wanted a leftover '08 Honda Odyssey EXL w/ silver pearl exterior. When I thanked Steve, he acknowledged the combined effort of his team and described the process as usual business. Regardless, I appreciated Steve’s efforts- they were extraordinary in my book. Saleman got me exactly what I wanted. He was friendly and very low pressure. My car died in early Oct and I really wanted a Honda Fit. I was looking to trade in my truck when diesel hit an all-time high, and Adam was able to get me the exact vehicle I was looking for and have it at his location within about a days notice. The only thing I think they need to work on is updating their computer software for the final steps of making a sale... The program that is being used is primitive and was having issues for over two hours while I was waiting to sign for it and take my keys AFTER the sale was decided. Not relative to Adams service at all. But no one is perfect and I know the user interfaces are not cheap! I will be a return customer! More
