With that kind of build-up, it was very interesting to personally experience this genuine respect, courtesy, and integrity from Joe. He had the car we were looking for, and didn't pressure us in any way. With great sincerity and warm humor from his rich life experiences, he allowed us to guide the discussion as we explored the option of purchasing a terrific car. The next day when we went back to the dealership to pick up our car, Joe lingered with us to go that extra mile in describing some of the steering wheel controls that are nice to have. I wanted a 2009 Civic LX-S manual in Red. It was not an easy car to find. Other dealers tried to sell me what they had in their inventory but Joe encourged me to order it with him and did not even ask for easy car to find.
