My experience at Heritage Westminster was completely different. This dealer did something that I had only experienced at one other dealer: They don't try to squeeze you for every penny. They realize that if they give you a good deal, you will come back and get your car serviced there, you will tell your friends, and ultimately, that equals more profit for them. When I mentioned I had a clunker, they did not discourage me from using the CARS rebate, as other dealers had. They were also straight forward and upfront with everything, with no hidden fees that showed up when I spoke with the finance manager. Overall, I spent 3 hours in the dealership: 1 hour in the show room looking at the car, and 2 hours doing paper work. I am certain that I will be returning for my next car, and also for general maintenance. More

I contacted Adam Barnes at Heritage of Westminster about a used 2008 KIA Seronto that they had on the internet, the vehicle only had 13,800 miles on it. I had been to a couple of different locations looking for a KIA and had not been able to get an affordable deal on a vehicle. Adam contacted me by phone after my inquiry and asked me exactly what I was looking for and how much I wanted to spend a month. He did everything he could to make sure we were ready to deal before I even met him in person. He got me the vehicle I had inquired about, and had the finances worked out and the paperwork done before we even set eyes on the vehicle. We drove it, loved it, and signed the paperwork. We were surprised that we even qualified for the vehicle because our credit is less than good. Thanks Adam and Heritage of Westminster. Oh and the best part, they realized that our financial situation is still in the critical care wing, so in order to make sure that we could have our vehicle fixed if something happened to it, they got us an extended warranty up to 5 years and 100,000 miles that covers everything on the vehicle and includes gap protection. It was already in the financing. Some might see that as a sales tactic, but, I see it as looking out for us. More

From the time that I arrived, I was not greeted and walked around the parking lot for a while. I walked into the showroom and I had to ASK someone for help. The salesman said that he would have to call me later with an amount. I was never contacted and had to contact the salesman AND the MANAGER several times, along with several trips to the dealership to try and get in contact with them. When I brought my possible 2nd trade in to them, they had ME go get the mileage and VIN, when they could have gotten that information when they test drove or looked at the car. The sales personnel were not really friendly, energetic or possess a comfortable atmosphere. They didn't go out of the way to help me with my car buying experience the way that most places dealerships do. More

Instead, Rob helped me in locating the car and the minute Heritage found one, they notified me immediately. I went the next day to test drive and purchase the vehicle. Rob was very helpful and we were in and out of there with my new car in no time. I would definitely go back to Heritage Westminster and buy another vehicle from Rob. More
