From the minute I walked in the salemen were friendley, courteous, and most important of all, honest. The two salesmen I worked with were Larry Davis and Bernie Smith, both of whom I trust what they say. They were very helpfull in my purchase of my new Honda Accord and I look foward to seeing them in the future. When it came to financing the new car I worked with Michael Wheller. He was also very helpfull and understanding in the purchase of the car. He explaned everthing in detal and answered all questions that were asked in a very easy maner. Dealing with Mr. Michael was like talking with a best friend, very comfortable. The next week I had to have some work done on the car at the service department and was greeted by a service representative, Alicia Strauss. She greeted me with a smile and was also helpfull with any questions I asked her. She informed me that the work would take about three hours and would have the service department drive me anywhere I wanted. The work took less than two hours and exceeded my expectations. I look foward to dealing with the service department in the comming years. I would recommend MileOne Heritage Honda of Westminster to anyone who wants to buy a car from a dealership that is the best in the business. More

When we met John Mohlhenrich on the Heritage Honda lot, we found him to be very knowledgeable of the Ridgeline product and conscientious of our desire to make a well-considered purchase. After driving the Ridgeline, I asked John to present us with a “bottom line” price. The price that was offered was very fair, saved us the dreaded task of haggling over cost and combined with the quality of the vehicle itself, and compelled us to make our purchase. John was very helpful throughout the purchase process by providing information to our insurance company, working with the finance department and keeping us informed of the vehicle delivery status. The finance department and the service department staff were equally as helpful in arranging financing and installing options and the environmental protection package. It should be noted that this is not unique experience for us at Heritage Honda. The Ridgeline is actually the fifth vehicle that has been purchased from Heritage by our family since 1996. Vehicle quality and the knowledge and quality of the staff have made each purchase a pleasure. More

He gave me the price that might not be the best deal for me, but I am surely happy with the way Chuck and Doug Hildebrand who is the business manager handled their business: kindness, honesty, straight forward, and no pushing. Chuck Hana was able to provide a car that was matched with my requested car, with his surely promise and the fastest time possible.I might get bit higher price than the other dealer, but I was much happier because I got what I wanted. Chuck was able to have the car that was ready for sale instead of those empty promises from other dealer who just wanted to fish me getting business with them. I was almost waiting one month for getting my CR-V from other dealer. At the time I decided to quit, that dealer still had not having my request car but pushing me to buy other cars. If you don`t want to be pulled around and wasted your time, I highly recommend this great Honda Dealer to you and to everyone. Also, please read and trust reviews before you going to any dealer because reviews are mostly right. I have learnt that lesson hardly beause I did not quite trust them from the beginning. When we walked in, Larry Davis met us and asked if he could help us. We said we were looking to buy a new car with automatic transmission, leather interior, room in the back seat for our teenagers, and could help us. Joe Ski is a straight up guy, not the typical salesman. I was very hesitant since I live in Delaware and I did not want any surprises when I reached the dealership in MD. There were none. I did all that and then spoke to Joe Ski. His pricing was fantastic, but his honesty was the closer. He doesn't play any games and gives it to you straight. He gave me an out the door price via email and assured me it wouldn't change. The day my wife and I went to purchase the car, nothing was different than he had said. The time we spent with Joe during our purchase we found he was personable, interesting, and genuine. He was there to make sure that we were happy and had a great car buying experience, and we did.
