Heritage Honda Westminster

This was our third purchase from Heritage Honda in Westminster, and although we were pleased with each purchase, the third time was the charm! Sure, we found what we were looking for and the price was right each time, but this time we found Duffy Zepp! He made the whole car shopping experience a great one. Honest, down to earth, no pressure, and insistent on pleasing the customer. Believe me, if you’re not happy, he’s not happy. That’s my kind of salesman. Not only that, but he’s always there; at least every time we dropped in unannounced he was. We were originally interested in a 2007 Pilot with 38K miles. But when we saw a new posting for a 2007 Pilot with 21K miles and at the same price, only at another Heritage Dealership, Duffy worked the details to get the vehicle to Westminster as soon as it was available. We went to the lot the day he called us back and absolutely loved it. The day we signed the papers, I honestly don’t think we were there for more than 45 minutes. Sure, they offer the extended warranties, but there’s no pressure. Not once did I feel like I was trapped and at their mercy. Their detailers are incredible too! The Pilot looks brand new! Super clean, and smells great. My recommendation: Go see Duffy at MileOne Heritage Honda of Westminster! After the first visit, we felt like we were visiting family, and you will too. In fact, you’ll insist that he go along for the test drive! More
