My 2007 Accord needed a new evaporator (for the ac)- there was a flaking defect. The repair was still under warranty, so an appt. was made (for a Wed) and a new part was ordered. Once my car was dismantled for repair, the part that was received was defective, so the repair couldn't be completed in the 4 hours as promised. I was given a car to drive, and I would have to come back the next day (Thurs) when it was ready. The call came too late in the day for me to get to the dealer before service was closed. So, the next morning (Fri) I arrived for my car. When I got in it to cool it off before leaving, the ac was blowing hot air. I had to leave my car for the weekend. I left again with the "loaner" car. I expressed concern about having to return to the dealer again. Malcom, the service tech, said he would get my repaired car to me and pick up the loaner. On Mon the repair was done, and Bill brought my car to work and picked up the loaner. In addition, the next day (Tues) Malcom called to make sure all was ok with my car. Malcolm and Bill are very conscientious and courteous, and know that customer service is a priority. They have been a joy to work with. The service dept. and the dealership are most fortunate to have them on their staff. I know I am grateful for all they've done for me !!! Thank you, Nancy More
I had requested Joe after reading so many good comments about him and I wasn't disappointed. I had been shopping at another Honda dealer across town and had been told by them that Honda had approved my fin about him and I wasn't disappointed. I had been shopping at another Honda dealer across town and had been told by them that Honda had approved my financing and all I had to do was decide on a car. I couldn't find what I was looking for there but I did find it here with Joe. After picking out the car, he handed off the deal to Mike Lincoln in finance and to my surprise mike found that there was no approval in Hondas system for me. He worked really hard to get the bank to accept the deal, since it involved negative equity and only good credit from me. In the end the deal worked out exceeded my expectations! Joe is one xxxx of a salesman, he offered me free drinks and let me use his desk phone to setup insurance calls and to contact the current Lien holder. The bottom line is that these guys treat you like family and this was easily one of the best dealership experiences I ever had in 20 years of car buying. Thanks again Joe and Mike. More
We feel we received excellant assistance pricing and looking for a new Honda. The Sales Consultant Bernie went over all the features and pluses of the Honda CV of which we were interested. Especially when we were looking at the purchased auto he pointed out all the features and answered all of our questions. He couldn't have been more informative. The general mgr. Michael Rohrbaugh worked with us to determine financailly what Honda could do for us and what was most affordable for us. All aspects of this purchase was performed by a very organized business eliminating any stress from the buyer. Lastly Tom Henigman the Serv Cons. was responsible for all the final signing and closing of the deal. This buying experience couldn't have been better. More
We had the most pleasurable experience ever dealing with Mark Bratman, Steve Rubin and Mike in Finance while purchasing our new Taffeta White Honda Pilot Ex-L with Nav! After leaving disappointed and frustrated from another dealership, we contacted Heritage of Honda to inquire if the vehicle we were interested in seeing was in stock. From the moment we first spoke to Mark on the phone, we had an instant connection. He thoroughly answered all of our questions and invited us to come in to see the vehicles at the dealership. Upon arrival, he instantly made us, including our two children, feel welcome. He listened to what we were looking for and showed us the vehicles on the lot. Before letting us take the vehicle we were interested in for a test drive, Mark took the time to show us all of the features and answer any additioanl questions we had. When we came back, we were ready to begin the purchasing process. We were amazed at how easy and straight forward Mark and Steve made the negotiation process! We never felt like we were participants in a laborious back and forth, time-consuming, dreaded battle of the wills. They simply listened to our budgetary constraints and made it happen! Steve was very personable and wanted to help us any way he could and went the extra mile to do so!! And we truly feel like we got the vehicle we wanted for a really great price:)! Next, we met Mike in finance to finish up the paperwork to close the deal. He was very warm, knowledgable about all of the warranty options, but never pushy. He even pre-printed most of the paperwork to expedite the paperwork signing! We actually finished signing all of the paperwork in less than 45 minutes!! We were so impressed with the courteous, professional, and warm customer service these three gentlemen provided that Heritage Honda of Westminister has two customers for life!! This was our third Honda purchase and we wouldn't think of going anywhere else! Not to mention that the same day that we purchased our new Honda Pilot, we highly recommended Heritage Honda of Westminster to our friends who are currently in the market for a new vehicle. We told them they would be making a big mistake if they didn't stop in to see Mark before going anywhere else. More

I contaced two Honda dealerships via website. The first one immediately started bombarding my inbox with philosophical pitches trying to convince me to buy (without even talking about the vehicle I was int one immediately started bombarding my inbox with philosophical pitches trying to convince me to buy (without even talking about the vehicle I was interested in). I had to tell them to back off. THIS dealership, however, and in particular Mr. Chuck Hanna responded to me quickly, with a quote for the exact model I was interested in and a short list of the most need to know details. Chuck didn't hassle me and he didn't send me junkmail. He was a straight shooter from beginning to end and made the whole transaction easy. I have had one hiccup however. When I brought my Odyssey back to have running boards installed, someone accidentally scratched and dented the side of the van. Alicia Strauss in service knew I was upset and by the early A.M. the next morning she had arranged a scratch, dent and paint specialist to fix the blemish. Overall, great job. They got my business. I leased a Honda Accord from Joe Ski three years ago after shopping around and becoming more & more discouraged. I walked into MileOne Heritage Honda on a Monday afternoon, ready to cry and not wanting to deal with any more salespeople. Well, Joe turned me around. I told him what I was looking for, he walked away for a few minutes & returned with a number that was much lower than I had gotten anywhere else. Obviously, I was sold. When my son needed a car about a month ago, I had no qualms about taking him to see Joe. He leased a 2010 Honda Civic. Two weeks later, my other son decided to trade his car in and now also has a new Civic. I'll be heading to Westminster shortly to return my Accord and lease a new Accord or CR-V. Honestly, I have never met a salesperson like Joe. You don't have to haggle on price, you'll be amazed at the price he gives you. Joe makes you feel like you've known him forever and is honest. I bought my 2007 Honda accord from Heritage Honda in Westminster. About 1 month ago my air conditioner was blowing warm air. I took it to a local shop and they told me I had the controls set wrong.... Westminster. About 1 month ago my air conditioner was blowing warm air. I took it to a local shop and they told me I had the controls set wrong.... I paid the labor fee and left. I than took it to another local shop who took my ac unit apart and put it in the trunk of my car and charged me more $ in labor fees. I decided to than go to the dealer and tell them about my experiences and see what could be done. I met a sales consultant- Chuck Hanna and I told him my story. He told me to contact Adam Rew- the sales manager and see what he could do for me. My accord had just over 40K miles on it and was just out of the 3 year/36K warranty. I called Adam on the phone and he agreed to sit down and discuss my situation with me in person. He was very understanding and told me that he appreciated my honesty. Adam took time to look at my vehicle and instructed me to bring it in for service and he would see what he could help me with. Adam was able to get my air conditioner repaired for me after talking to a factory rep at Honda at a price that I feel was "very fair". I appreciate the time that Adam spent with me to explain my options and the extra mile he went to help me with the price of the repairs. More
