I am so excited to give this review because this is the first time in my life of purchasing a car that I've felt so excited, happy and grateful about purchasing a car. I am 55 years old and I've purchased at least six cars in my lifetime (this is my 7th - PERFECTION). This is the very first that I have been excited about purchasing a vehicle. Mr. Adam Barnes explained in detail and answered every question I could possibly answer. He was very responsive, respectable, kind and very friendly. You just don't find this every where. He had a great product and he went way beyond the call of duty to satisfy me. We came to a bump in our journey and he got assistance from another co-worker (sorry, I cannot remember his name - he made it happen)to assist me in the process until we could make it happen. They did everything in their power to assist me. I never felt alone. Even when I sat before the financial manager, Mr. Michael Linclon, he was most pleasant and the friendliest financial manager I've ever dealt with. He made me feel real comfortable about my purchase and made it a most pleasant and unforgetable experience. I will always remember the special treatment I received. I felt like a QUEEN. One more thing, while I was waiting to see the financial manager, even the receptionist was pleasant. I had a wonderful conversation with her while I was waiting. I will never forget this experience where everyone you meet are respectable, pleasant and care about your process. NOT ONLY THAT, BUT THE PRICE OF THE CAR WAS A BLESSING. I recommend Heritage Mileone Dealership to everyone. You can't get any better than this. I will recommend all of my friends and my enemies. Adam was a pleasure to deal with. I live a great distance away from the dealership, so it wasn't easy for me to come by and take a look at the Pilot I was interested in. My whole experience could be summed up as "no pressure". As one tends to feel, I had my reservations at first, but the salesman was polite and professional from the get go. From my shopping around, I know the quote he gave was competitive. When I asked how long it was good for, there was no pressure that it was only a one time offer. After I decided to move on it, I came back and the quote was honored, with no hidden fees. My biggest surprise was when it was time for the financing. The sales dept and the finance dept were fully in sync, with no suprises on the terms coming from the finance dept. I didn't even feel pressure in purchasing some of the extras, such as GAP insurance or environmental protection. The options were explained to me and left for me to decide. More
