When I went in to Heritage Honda Used Cars I met with Duffy Zepp and some of the staff there. I was very relieved in knowing that there was NO push salesmanship; meaning they wanted me to be sure of wha Duffy Zepp and some of the staff there. Duffy Zepp and I sat down and went over downpayment, trade, and what I wanted to pay. With all of this information he talked to the finance officer and gave me vehicles to look at. I was very happy when the finance officer and Duffy told me about the GAP insurance for my vehicle (I had never heard of it before). My purchase was a relaxing and satisfying time. Adam was very helpful finding a trailblazer with the right features and in the right color that i was looking for. I would definitely do business with them again because of him. The paperwork took about 2 hours after the sale because of their ancient point of sales computer program that continued to lock up and give them issues.
