I know a salesman at this dealership by the name of Adam Barnes. I was test driving cars at a dealership in Pasadena MD and felt like I was going to get ripped off. But when it came down to the condition of the car, it wasn't very satisfactory. Why is it that they have a VW dealrship in the "group" but the vehicle was ONLY given the MD basic inspection. After about a week of driving the car, my husband took the car back and they did fix a problem with a wheel but a few days later my Husband had a flat tire and there was NO lug wrench and the jack is broke. Teh Autoclub that came to assist didn't even carry the right size. We then took it to a mechanic only to find out there was more damage to the vehicle than what the paperwork/CarFax said. The whole front end was replaced, headlights didn't line up, NO owners manual, and now we have a broken rim. I will NEVER reccommned Heritage and am very dissapointed with the service. More

We met Chuck via email, through Consumer Reports' Build and Buy service. Rather than treating the cost like some kind of grand mystery, he was the first--and only--dealer to give us an actual price, compl and Buy service. Having bought a number of cars over the years, we were quite clear as to what we did and did not want. Chuck was helpful, honest, very informative, relaxed, and completely no-pressure. He tried as much as possible to let us know precisely what would be at the dealership when we finally came out to see the car--and we drove that car home the same night. Our old car was in pretty rough shape, and when we asked about a trade-in, he told us there would be 'some value' to it, but advised us to try selling it on our own, to get a better deal. We both really appreciated his honesty and common sense on all levels. He, and Mike Lincoln (the financing salesperson), made this entire experience painless--not something people usually expect when buying a car. We've already recommended this dealership to one friend, and will do the same for anyone else who asks. More
