By the time of our appointment, the new vehicle that we had discussed had been sold. Ken worked to find a comparable vehicle and have it driven from a sister dealership and detailed while we completed the paperwork. Ken did a great job working with the rest of the excellent team to provide a stress-free, no pressure buying experience. Ken was friendly, knowledgeable, and respectful. He clearly recognized that obtaining her first car was an important time for our daughter. He treated her with kindness and patience (using his Dad skills), asking questions to make sure that she was happy with the vehicle and fully prepared to drive it off the lot. Our daughter is thrilled with her new car. Ken is a true professional. We are considering buying a new car for us later this year and will contact Ken at that time.
