Kudos to Phill Stillman, GM for matching CarMax appraisal for buy back of my 2023 CRV last week (3/13/25). After unsuccessfully working with Phil's Store Manager who only wanted to offer me $2,000 less than for buy back of my 2023 CRV last week (3/13/25). After unsuccessfully working with Phil's Store Manager who only wanted to offer me $2,000 less than Car Max offer I had to elevate this issue to Phil who matched CarMax......Thank you Phil More
