Thank you for your response - Your feedback is valued. At Heritage Honda we offer a multi-point inspection on all of the vehicles that visit our service facility. This complimentary inspection reviews the status of 23 different areas of your vehicle and then the status of each system or component is reported to you. It is necessary to report the results of our inspections to our customers and by not doing so we would be remiss in our obligation to our customers and possibly the safety and mechanical integrity of their vehicles. We strive to educate our customers about their vehicles and encourage them to address any safety or mechanical concerns, regardless of whether it is with us or another service facility of their choice Of course any repairs conducted by Heritage Honda would allow our customers to benefit from things like factory trained technicians, original equipment Honda parts, and free tire road hazard warranties.
