Erin Lober is the reason I own a Honda. After driving a Honda Accord for ten years, I wanted to purchase a SUV, and the Pilot was one of four vehicles I was considering. Due to my vehicle se After driving a Honda Accord for ten years, I wanted to purchase a SUV, and the Pilot was one of four vehicles I was considering. Due to my vehicle service experience with Erin Lober, the most important criteria in the purchase of a new vehicle was to continue having Erin Lober as my Service Advisor. I am in sales and spend half of my life in my car, and I need that time to be worry-free. Erin's advice allowed me to get 267,000 miles out of my Accord (it was in fine shape when I traded it in, but I wanted the SUV). She thoroughly answers all of my questions, brings the mechanic out to talk to me, and always explains which work is necessary now and what can wait. If I am in a bind with time, but need my car serviced, she always gets me an appointment, even at the last minute. After 80,000 miles on the Pilot so far, it still runs like new, thanks in large part to following Erin's advice. I know Erin absolutely cares about doing what is best for me. She is invaluable and irreplaceable. More

Hooked on Honda Ms. Erin Lober is the primary reason my family continues to own Honda vehicles. Anybody can sell a vehicle, but the "proof-in-the-pudding" is the car Ms. Erin Lober is the primary reason my family continues to own Honda vehicles. Anybody can sell a vehicle, but the "proof-in-the-pudding" is the care and quality of service experienced by the owner that makes or breaks a dealership relationship. Erin has been steadfast in providing the personal touch that both humanizes the experience as well as assuring the best possible service results. She is the dream employee that every business management team needs to be the direct customer "face-of-the-business." Bad news travels like a flashfire in the public domain, and Erin gives 120% to her job to ensure it doesn't happen on her watch. Rick Jager & Derrick Showacre were fabulous when I purchased the Crv. Erin Lober had always taken excellent care of my previous Honda Civic. I always had the Civic & now the '16 Crv serviced at the Parkville location. The service department is second to none. My Honda's were always taken care of immediately. I can sleep with the satisfaction of knowing my Honda's were serviced by factory trained technicians & Honda parts. As with my previous Civic & now the '16 Crv Touring, Erin Lober Is the Service Advisor who always looks out for me when I return. Thank you everyone for making my life easier & worry free.
