Due to my vehicle service experience with Erin Lober, the most important criteria in the purchase of a new vehicle was to continue having Erin Lober as my Service Advisor. I am in sales and spend half of my life in my car, and I need that time to be worry-free. Erin's advice allowed me to get 267,000 miles out of my Accord (it was in fine shape when I traded it in, but I wanted the SUV). She thoroughly answers all of my questions, brings the mechanic out to talk to me, and always explains which work is necessary now and what can wait. If I am in a bind with time, but need my car serviced, she always gets me an appointment, even at the last minute. After 80,000 miles on the Pilot so far, it still runs like new, thanks in large part to following Erin's advice. I know Erin absolutely cares about doing what is best for me. I always had the Civic & now the '16 Crv serviced at the Parkville location. The service department is second to none. My Honda's were always taken care of immediately. I can sleep with the satisfaction of knowing my Honda's were serviced by factory trained technicians & Honda parts.
